Ingredients: 2 eggs, Yoroshii seaweed cut into strips, A pinch of salt & sugar, Oil for cooking.
1. Beat eggs with salt and sugar.
2. In a nonstick pan, pour a thin layer of egg and place a strip of Yoroshii seaweed.
3. Roll gently and repeat until you get a layered egg roll.
4. Slice and serve for a Japanese-style breakfast or conctn.
